These pictures could then be inserted into each decal package or shown in a catalog. Company’s that manufacturer resin cockpits and photo etched detail sets can have their products presented where the cockpit appears full scale and a pilot is pointing out all the cool features within the cockpit. In addition a pilot could be walking around what appears to be a full scale model, pointing out items such as open gear bay details or photo-etched parts on the landing gear.
